What are my shipping options?

USA orders are shipped First Class (2-5 business days) or Priority Mail (1-3 business days) with USPS. Please note that First Class shipping does NOT include insurance and we cannot replace orders shipped with this method that are damaged in transit or go missing. We recommend selecting Priority Mail at checkout, which includes insurance.International orders may carry an extra customs or VAT charge which is determined by your country of residence. We are not notified if there will be a charge, and customs law states that you are responsible for any charges imposed by your country.

How long will it take before my order ships?

Products which display a “ready to ship” sticker will ship the next business day if ordered before 3pm, otherwise they will ship within 2 business days. All other products have a processing time of 5-7 business days before they will be shipped.

If ordering for a special occasion such as a birthday or holiday, please be sure to take into account both processing and shipping times.

Help, I accidentally used the wrong shipping address? What do I do?

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately to change your shipping address.

If you order has already shipped, we cannot divert it to your new address. If you are local to the original address, we recommend attempting to pick it up from the new residents. Otherwise, we will notify you when the item is returned to us and send a new invoice to ship it again to your new address.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on unworn, non-customized items.  To initiate a return, please e-mail us at info@studioraza.com within 14 days of the item’s delivery date. We will send a return shipping label and instructions. Once the items have been received in their original condition, we will refund your payment, minus the return shipping cost, to your original payment method.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on custom or personalized items. This includes (but is not limited to) stock items which you have requested in a color or metal not originally listed on our site and personalized handstamped pieces.

Items that are not returned in their original condition, or are returned without prior authorization, are not eligible for a full refund.
